At Ignite Visibility, I design and build internal AI products with agent orchestration, output validation, evaluation, and human review built into the workflow. My work includes system architecture, internal APIs, cloud deployment, and production operations, with usage and cost instrumentation.

Continued with Ignite following its acquisition of EverConnect. Sole designer and engineer of an internal AI platform used for sales proposals and quarterly business reviews. Built agent orchestration and evaluation checks, with human review and cost instrumentation. Internal APIs support onboarding, tools, and reporting across teams. Own the product through cloud deployment and ongoing operation.

Previously Senior Designer at Socius Marketing / EverConnect. Led small product teams while designing and building products, including the Best Pick Reports rebuild, EverConnect Hub, and a new Webflow delivery process.

Independent product studio and selective client work alongside full-time employment. Built Black Glass Leads with B2B company/contact data pipelines, Claude integrations, idempotent APIs, and usage and cost instrumentation. Creator of WebMCP UI and the Pfaze UI design system.

Owned technology for manufacturing and retail operations in Haiti and the US, including inventory, logistics, point of sale, and networking. Ran Shopify retail and wholesale commerce, implemented systems at new stores, and trained staff.
